Booking Information
Ensure your suburb is serviced by HWR (see bottom of page)
1. Select the appropriate amount you need collected. Book below or ring and book over the phone.
2. Bookings made before 6pm Thursday are usually collected on the Friday (unless otherwise notified) NOTE: You can leave any special instructions during the check out procedure
- We can adapt to your needs, please ring to discuss.
3. Place items in an accessible location ready for collection (as near to the verge as possible or in car port for example). Please obtain necessary council approval if leaving on verge.
* We can also assist with removing the items from your home if required. Conditions apply and a small charge applies.
Additional cubic metre (must select 1 cubic metre first)For customers wanting more then 2 cubic metres taken.
* Must be booked with 3 cubic metre rubbish collection. |
Mattresses or Mattress Bases SingleEach mattress or base incurs a $60 charge. A single mattress + base = $120 * Must be booked with a minimum 1 cubic metre rubbish collection. |
Car Tyres (must select 1 cubic metre first)Each Tyre incurs a $15 charge.

TV or Monitor (must select 1 cubic metres first)Each TV and Computer monitor incurs a $10 charge.

Paints and Oils (must select 1 cubic metre first)
Each container of between 1 litre - 10 litres incurs a $5 charge.
